We're getting a house! Now we get to have all kinds of fun with paperwork . . . even so, still exciting for us. :) This house actually come up a month or two back and we were going to make an offer but didn't manage to get one in since it went pending about three days after it came up on the market which was a little crazy. That fell through however, hence us now getting it. :) It's a little further out than we'd like but in a really nice community so that helps. Aaaand here are the pics!

I thought we'd taken some of the kitchen but apparently not. Oh well. They'll show up sometime here. :) The house needs some work--missing most of the light fixtures, two doorknobs, and all of the carpet--but is in pretty good shape over all for a foreclosure. It's a pretty awesome deal on the house--it's almost 2600 sq. ft. on about a 1/3 acre lot, 4 bedrooms and 2.75 bathrooms so we'll have lots of room for everyone to come visit (hint, hint). :D
